Handmade locally by our friends at ‘Goats in the Gorge’ using the ancient traditional cold process method where each bar sits on a curing rack for a minimum of 4 weeks , the milk only travels a few miles before returning to us. We take pride in working with small scale local businesses that can turn our wonderful raw buffalo milk into something so unique to us.
